Three Vacation Houses

The site, long and narrow in its shape, is located at the beach front of Northern Crete, near the town of Hersonissos. The client assigned our team to design three Houses with a Private Swimming pool for each one of them. The shape of the site, and its two access points, helped divide the property into equal parts, allowing for a private parking area for each house at the South Side, and immediate access to the beach at the North side. The architectural design was derived by the combination of the need for privacy, which resulted to the "L" shape, the need for all the rooms to look to the North towards the sea view and the client's wish for a high end design for the houses.
